IAS Thursdays at 4: Resilience Panel Discussion

The Institute on the Environment will be hosting this IAS Thursdays event in LES, Seminar Room R-380 on the St. Paul campus.

The idea of resilience is everywhere, and it has many different meanings. This discussion will explore resilience from multiple perspectives with a panel of academics and practitioners. We will discuss issues like how cities are working on resilience, current resilience research, and the how the what is happening from individual to national scales impacts resilience.

Panelists include Kate Knuth (Minneapolis Chief Resilience Officer), Carissa Slotterback (Associate Dean, Humphrey School of Public Affairs), and Roopali Phadke (Professor of Environmental Studies, Macalester College).
