  • IonE mini-grants are up to $3,000 and may be used for a range of research, leadership, education, storytelling, and outreach activities. They are designed to support and spark collaborative projects on environmental and sustainability issues.
  • Acara Innovation Fellowships are awarded to winners of the annual Acara Challenge, a competition for students who aim to create a positive social or environmental impact. Fellowships provide up to $5,000 plus intensive mentoring and training to individual students and student teams to continue to pursue their venture project. Acara has also identified other resources to support social innovation, such as workshops, fellowships, volunteer opportunities, and more.
  • Interdisciplinary Doctoral Fellowships: Apply in October for support from IonE, including $2,000 in research funding support and access to IonE programs & personnel.
