Here is a general timeline of planned activities and events for the 2016-2017 year. As the Leaders Cohort evolves, we may add other community-based events. For the 2016 year, we are going to focus on grounding in the Native American Medicine Garden on UMN campus and helping Francis Bettelyoun (Lakota) and Garden Coordinator keep the gardens going. This will depend on your interests and could range from coordinating volunteer work days, creating a website, developing a kickstarter, doing interview recordings, making videos, creating an art piece to raise awareness, writing blogs, etc. During the kick off, we will begin the process of brainstorming what this might look like for us throughout the year.
