Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR)
The function of the LCCMR (formerly LCMR) is to make funding recommendations to the legislature for natural resource projects primarily from the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund. These projects are designed to help protect and enhance Minnesota’s natural resources.

On December 20, 2006, the LCCMR recommended the proposal from the University of Minnesota’s Institute on the Environment/Bonestroo/DSU and CR Planning.
