Annabella Lau

Annabella Lau is a fourth-year University of Minnesota student majoring in Sustainable Systems Management. Her areas of interest and expertise include renewable energy, bioproducts, sustainable business, and sustainable aviation. She’s pursuing her Master’s of Science in Bioproducts and Biosystems Science, Engineering, and Management, focusing on biofuels. Coming to the Institute on the Environment, she brings internship experience where she assessed energy efficiency and identified ways to decrease energy consumption at UMN data centers. She hopes to pursue a career working with interdisciplinary stakeholders to help progress the transition to renewable energy. When Anna is not working, she enjoys arts, spending time outdoors, weight lifting, and music.
