Dana Hernandez (she/her) is a Communications Specialist at the Institute on the Environment. She brings experience in a variety of marketing and communications roles within an environmental non-profit, higher education and government organizations. Dana has a B.A. in Communication and Journalism with a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

In her free time, Dana enjoys hiking, camping, reading and finding new pet-friendly activities with her dog.
