Erin Kayser

Erin is a program coordinator, and course contact for Acara course through the Institute on the Environment. Erin is an alumna of the University of Minnesota. She graduated with a degree in civil engineering, and minors in sustainability studies and ecological engineering. She was an Acara fellow in India, researching rural farmer livelihoods and beekeeping partnerships. Erin has worked in non-profit management, education and outreach in the Twin Cities. She is also a co-founder of Round Table Hops, a local business dedicated to bringing year round, hydroponically grown hops to Minnesota breweries. She has competed, and advanced to the semi-finalist round of the MN Cup twice.
