Marin Byrne (she/her) is the Director of Donor Relations and Advancement Operations. In this role, she is passionate about securing resources to support work that makes the world a better place, and creating opportunities for people to live their values through action by supporting IonE. She has nearly two decades of fundraising experience for causes including improving the sustainability of the global food system, eliminating structural race-based inequity in North Minneapolis, and building equity in outdoor recreation. She has a Masters Degree in Natural Resources Science and Management from the University of Minnesota, and was a Humphrey Policy Fellow. Outside of work, she finds joy in riding her bicycle for long distances, hiking in the woods with her dog, and gathering with friends and family around a shared meal.
