Natalie Barka is an undergraduate research assistant for the Dairy Green Bond Project. She is currently a junior studying Food Systems with a minor in Food and Agriculture Business Management. After graduating, Natalie plans to work in dairy manufacturing to promote the safety and sustainability of food production. Growing up on her family’s dairy farm, Natalie has developed a strong passion and interest in helping farmers by producing value adding products. In her free time, Natalie loves spending time with her family on the farm, reading, and gardening.
