Ryan Noe

Ryan Noe is a researcher with the Natural Capital Project, where he is contributing to the development of tools to help understand the biophysical and economic consequences of changing land uses. His work areas include developing improved ways of predicting land use change in response to market forces, spatial analysis of ecosystem services under commodity production standards, and improving estimates of the return on investment in conservation activities.

Ryan holds an M.S. in natural resource science and management with a focus in geospatial analysis from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in environmental studies from Carleton College.
