With one foot in the studio and the other in the garden, Sean seeks to blend his passions for design and illustration with his interest in sustainability, gardening and permaculture. This blending of passions is what drew him to IonE where he serves as the graphic designer for both Ensia and the Institute as a whole—utilizing his strategic thinking skills and creativity to help tell stories, communicate solutions and inspire positive change. Outside of work, Sean is an aspiring permaculture designer and enjoys developing and implementing restoration and land-use strategies at his family’s Northwest Wisconsin cabin property.
