Reading & Conversation with Linda Hogan

Poet, novelist, and essayist Linda Hogan will read from some of her work on Tuesday, April 20.

Award-winning writer Linda Hogan will present a reading from her recent works, The Radiant Lives of Animals and A History of Kindness on Tuesday, April 20 from 3-4:30 p.m. This virtual event is free and open to all, but advanced registration is required. Please register here.

During the event, Ms. Hogan will also talk with Professor Linda LeGarde Grover, UMD Department of American Indian Studies, about writing and indigenous thought.

Linda Hogan is a Chickasaw poet, novelist, and essayist. She has written extensively on the natural world, and indigenous perspectives on nature and knowing. Her work will be of interest to anyone engaged by great writing, indigenous perspectives on knowledge of history and ecology, and much more.
