Science on a Sphere is a room-sized, global display system developed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration that uses computers and video projectors to show planetary data on a large sphere that hangs from the ceiling. The educational tool illustrates global environmental issues in a dynamic way to people of all ages. Through this IonE project, the Science Museum of Minnesota has produced several Science on a Sphere films that have been made available free of charge to the over 100 SOS institutions in the U.S. and around the world:
- Two Billion More Coming to Dinner
