Devin is a Graduate Research Assistant and current grad student at the UMN Humphrey School of Public Affairs. She is going into her second year pursuing her MS in Science, Technology and Environmental Policy with a minor in GIS/Environmental Remote Sensing. She has a background in environmental science, marine biology and international relations. This past year, she has been researching climate policy and analyzing city level climate action and resilience plans across a global scale. She will be researching climate adaptation policies and serious game development this summer at IonE. Her goal is to help bridge the information gap between climate science and policy implementation, and pursue the topics of coastal & marine policy, climate adaptation and equitable implementation, conservation, and protecting vulnerable populations and ecosystems. Her interests include exploring nature, traveling, filmmaking, and taking care of her plants and new puppy!
