Katrina Mraz

Katrina Mraz (she/her) is the Leadership and Education Program Coordinator at IonE. Her professional experience includes educational programming for K-12 students in urban gardens, working with Latino/x/e cultivators residing in areas of social exclusion, and nutrition and eating behavior research. Katrina has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics. Katrina is a passionate intersectional environmentalist and community health advocate. Most recently, Katrina worked within the University of Minnesota’s Medical School on a research team evaluating how different intervention methods impact home food environments, child diet quality, and parental stress. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, running, and rollerblading.
