Amelia Goldwasser

Background & Expertise

Amelia Goldwasser (she/her) is a second year undergraduate student at the University of Minnesota. She is pursuing a major in microbiology and minors in sustainability studies and public health. She has experience working in STEM education, research and building electrification. Her passion for the environment was sparked by growing up in the mountains of Colorado, giving her an understanding of the importance of nature. This is what motivates her to understand the gap between the science of climate change and our response to it, allowing her to collect tools to bridge it. In her free time, Goldwasser enjoys photography, baking and knitting.
