Christof Wetter is a full professor at Muenster University of Applied Sciences at the in the department of energy, building services and environmental engineering in Germany, where his work focuses on comprehensive sustainability solutions. He partners closely with industry and municipal leaders and is active in the fields of biogas technology, renewable energy, energy storage, green hydrogen production and electromobility. Wetter has developed numerous innovative concepts throughout his career. He is particularly interested in municipal and industrial wastewater technology and serves on the advisory board for Climate Smart Saerbeck, a model community for citizen-led, zero-emission transformation.
