Clement Loo is an assistant professor of environmental studies and the coordinator of the Gateway Program (Office of Equity, Diversity, and Intercultural Programs) at the University of Minnesota Morris. Prior to his positions at UMN Morris, he was an Andrew W. Mellon postdoctoral fellow within the College of the Environment at Wesleyan University. He is also an Institute on the Environment educator and serves on IonE’s Faculty Leadership Council. He has been a member of the executive committee of the Southwest Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships and the advisory council of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE). His scholarship and teaching focuses on food justice, food system resilience and the intersection of equity and sustainability.
